Return & refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your gear. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the limited nature of our drops and exclusive inventory, we do not offer exchanges or returns for incorrect size selection. We want you to feel confident in your gear, so we provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. If you are still unsure, please contact our System Support or DM us on Instagram — we are happy to help you find your perfect fit before you place an order.
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has entered the processing phase or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you would need to follow the standard return process after receiving the package.
Items purchased during special "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" promotions or seasonal sales are considered Final Sale. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return, contact our System Support at support@zenkaistreet.com with your order number. Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions if eligible.
If your gear arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us immediately with photos. We will investigate and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
