Ordering & Delivery

Simply select your gear and head to checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes 1–3 business days for our team to process and prepare your items for shipment from our warehouse.

We move fast to get your gear on the way. You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order enters the processing phase and cannot be modified or stopped.

Yes, ZENKAI ships worldwide. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All taxes and customs duties are included—there are no hidden fees or surprise charges upon delivery.

USA / UK / Europe: 7–12 business days.

Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days.

Asia: 5–10 business days (Japan, Korea, Singapore, etc.).

Middle East: 8–15 business days (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar).

Mexico: 10–15 business days.

Rest of World: 12–20 business days.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery in real-time through our "Track Order" page or the carrier’s official website

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the package may be held at a local post office for a limited time.
Important: It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking link. If a package is returned to us due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the order again.

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. If your tracking hasn't updated for over 7 days or if your gear arrives damaged, please contact our System Support at support@zenkaistreet.com. We will investigate and ensure you receive a replacement or a resolution.
